Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time so you can receive the full benefit of your scheduled session.

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full appointment fee may still apply.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Missed appointments or no-shows may be charged the full appointment fee.

Exceptions may be considered in the case of emergencies or exceptional circumstances.

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise arranged.

Current pricing is available through the online booking system.

Services offered through Harmonic Holistic Healing are not covered by employer extended health benefit plans.

Clients are responsible for the full cost of all appointments and services.

Please provide accurate information about your health history, medications, injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy status, and any changes that may affect your care.

You are encouraged to ask questions at any time and may decline or stop any treatment or technique.

Services offered at Harmonic Holistic Healing are intended to support wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, emergency care, or medically necessary treatment.

I reserve the right to end or decline treatment if a service is inappropriate, outside my scope of practice, or if professional boundaries or safety are compromised.
